If it holds together a whole race weekend (2-3 hours), then I'm happy. I have no clue, but I guess main bearings and rod kit will be needed every now and then.

Somewhere between 14 to 14,5. Shell V-Power fuel.

I use special KTM-spec bearings. Roller on the right side and spherical on the left. I do not think it matters so much. I plan to replace them after every race weekend anyway. First training is on Monday! Then we'll see how the engine character works!

For this power, the type of bearing doesn't matter so much. All types of bearings will break down within 10 hours of operation. But hey, that is well over a race weekend, so thats OK to me!

Really much problems you got to fix, but as you said, these are the basics to get experience.
Absolutely great job Dr C, i hope you will post us your further attempts and successes in the future.
It´s amazing to see your ingenuity at work.

Keep the good work running and stay without failures and breakdowns during your coming races.

If I got it to work, I would be able to post driving videos...Next up is new tougher valve springs, welding the cylinder head, new piston and sleeve. Then we'll see.

I'm in the middle of designing and manufacturing a new frame. Maybe som of you tech geeks are interested? The videos part 5, 6 and 7 is from the chassie build.

I hope the difference will be minimal. If any difference I would assume it will have to do with the swing arm. I believe it will flex a little bit more but since it's 52mm taller, maybe the bike will be more stable in the exits...
