some days ago you mentioned (in a video?) that you change your main bearings after each weekend. is this still such a problem or have you improved the bearings?

... I have stopped using the roller bearings, because when they seize, the secondary damages are expensive. I use normal ball bearings (C4) which tolerate the banana-shape of the crank when the tacho-needle touches 9k.
very nice to hear the ball bearing succeeds in this highly tuned engine! both of my old husas got the 6206 bearing on the left. it would be really nice of you if you could post some new information about the life length of your crank shaft conversion (larger pin, taller conrod, 6206) when available.

Original von Flowhy you use the very short 1st gear of the enduro models? i though for normal racetracks a longer first gear has advantages (not just use it for starting).
